Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED teaches participants to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. This course is available in three different training methods – blended learning, classroom training and self-guided learning. All Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course options teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA Course Completion Card.
Heartsaver CPR AED covers essential lifesaving skills, including:
Recognizing the signs of a heart attack or stroke
Adult CPR and AED use
Choking relief for adults, children, and infants
Drowning prevention and response
Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies
Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR
Yes, upon successful completion of the course you will receive an American Heart Association Course Completion eCard that is OSHA-compliant for CPR training.
